What Could Cause Deflated Arm Veins?

hi doctor
erm i have veins in my arm that appear to be deflated...what once was a bulges of flowous prosperity, a bursting stream of nosferatu's most desired lucacytes, now appeared to have dissapeared, as if nosferatu did indeed succeed in getting his fix without me knowing! whats going on with my indented dissapation of my vericose deflations?
