What Could Cause Delayed Periods, Cramping And Nausea, Currently On Weight-loss Regime?

I take standard process supplements. I ve been taking them for about a year and recently up d the dosage of chaste tree and livco. I have been experiencing pain in my left side (just a dull/light constant pain) along with cramps and a little bit of nauseus. My cycle is usually around the 30 day mark. It should have come Tuesday and I have not seen it yet. I have always been irregular but on Monday I took Hydrocut as I started an intensive bootcamp last week and really pushing hard to lose about 15lbs. I currently weigh, 160lb, 18% body fat and I am 5 10 - female. I am worried I am pregnant. I took a test last month and the next day it came. I am not on birth control but we are safe/smart. Thoughts?

Hello
Health care magic users
I understood your concern and my opinion is that due to hormonal changes due to weight loss you are having such symptoms but I would advise you to do urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first
Second thing if you are using birth control pills regularly than there is a very less possibility of pregnancy. If pregnancy test comes negative than please wait for Few days your period will come
I hope my answer help you
Thanks
