Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and you need to be examined to determine the cause of your symptoms.

The most important condition to be excluded is a brain stroke, if your symptoms are sudden in onset and of short duration.

In addition, we also need to exclude electrolyte imbalance.

Investigations required would be CT scan of brain and serum electrolytes.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,

Dr Sudhir Kumar MD (Internal Medicine), DM (Neurology)
