What Could Cause Dizziness And Extreme Fatigue, All Tests Came Clear?

hi. my name is Delaney and I have been having a some trouble for the last week I have been really dizzy and light headed and shakey it feels like I haven t been eating enough but I have been eating the same as I always do. I have also been feeling extrememly tired and find it hard to get out of bed in the morning. I have gone to the doctor and all my vitals are fine my heart rate is good and my pulse and they cant hear or see anything wrong with me but I feel like something is. I have also had blood work done for this before and everything came back negative....please help I just want to know if it sounds serious or what....I should inform you also that I do suffer from anxiety but I am not on medication for it.

I have read your query & agree with your concern.
It seems you are fit physically but delicate mentally. get anxious/tense
for even simple things,naturally the dizziness with unknown cause make you tense/fatigued.
Severe anemia/refractory errors of eye/ear problems usually cause dizziness. Please get these things checked by respective specialists.Once the cause is detected specific treatment can be taken,which will relieve your symptoms
