Hi.
The bell's palsy is a facial nerve palsy without any other symptoms . Since you have got an infection in the ear with other symptoms of weakness, prickly sensations in the body sharp pains in the head, this is due to an infection. You need to undergo MRI of the mastoids and the facial nerve. Need a good course of an antibiotic and supportive medicines. A god follow-up is a must for a good long period till you get cured , see a Physiotherapist too along with an EN Surgeon.
