What Could Cause Enuresis?

Alright...I m a 19 year old guy. This last night i had an episode of enuresis. Apart from the fact it bothered me greatly, I m dealing with a cold I caught.... so you can imagine my current state! :D Anyway besides of that i ve been really pushed with my studies in college, up to the point of not sleeping one entire night for homework s sake and repeated nights with very few hours of sleep. I m pretty much aware of the consequences stress has in my immune system, so... i was wondering... could it be as well the cause of this so very rare episode of enuresis? Cause it doesn t happen since I was like 10 years old!!!! I m pretty much scared that it might be a kidney related issue, cause I googled it and so it is said. Besides my father had renal insufficiency and he was transplanted for it! I thank you for your time reading this and appreciate any help you could provide with this issue.
