What Could Cause Flu-like Symptoms, Mouth And Vaginal Sores?

Hello! My question is in regard of my mother. She is 68 years old. Last week she had symptoms of a cold or flu. Some cough, congested sinuses, achy body. She went to a walk-in clinic and they said she had a urinary infection, why was strange because of her symptoms. They said they notice it in the urine. They gave her antibiotics and was sent home. They also did a blood test which the results have some questionable numbers. RDW 10.67; MPV 7.18; Lymphocytes 11.2; Segmented 73.6, Monocytes 13.1 and Lymphocytes Absolute 0.56. This was last Thursday. By Monday she develop many mouth sores to the point of not being able to eat or properly talk. Also yesterday a sore showed in the labia. The last symptom she has is some redness (circled shaped) in her skin of knees and elbows. I am very worried because she doesn t seem to be getting better. Any idea what she might have and what is the treatment? Thanks!
