What Could Cause Foam In Stool?

sanjay, m 52, 80 kgs, 5'6" ht, my question is today i found foam in my stool. what could be the reason also today, i went for toilet 4 times . due to winther my skin are dry and i gets lots of itching on whole body at night time. after taking gelucil, i get some relief in itching.( may be my body pH becomes acidic ) 2 yrs back, i had ulceractive colitis. it is not fully resolved, but i donot take any type of medicine.

I can understand your concern.
Since you had ulcerative colitis in the past, this foamy stool with increased frequency can be due to intestinal infection or worsening of underlying ulcerative colitis.
So better to consult gastroenterologist and get done lower GI (gastrointestinal) scopy and stool microscopic examination.
