What Could Cause Frequent Nausea While Lying On Back On The Floor?

I frequently get nauseous while lying on my back on the floor to exercise, such as situps or leg lifts. Or just lying on my back on the floor in general. I don t get nauseous lying on my back on my bed, though. This has been going on for years. Any ideas?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you are getting the postural nausea, may be secondary to the internal ear problem.
When you want to lie down, on ground, you have to bend the head to a maximum extent, to lie down on the bed you need not bend to that extent.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. you may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ranitidine, and cinnerzine, till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
