What Could Cause Frequent Tingling In The Finger Tips Mainly During Doing Dishes In The Hot Water?

hi I have a tingling in my finger tips off and on for about a year, it gets real bad when I wash dishes main in hot water that's when it gets bad I have to take my hands out off the water then after that it feels like my fingers are lightly numb

Altered blood supply to tips of finger due to temperature of water can cause such symptoms.A clinical evaluation and if needed Doppler study can help confirming this.Regards
