What Could Cause Frequent Vomiting Of Bright Yellow Bile At Night With On And Off Diarrhea?

My daughter is 7 and throws up in the middle of the night at least once a week sometimes more for the last two months, some diahrea has occurred in this time, she feels fine and hour later, some things to note are the vomit is wretched ending with bright yellow bile, doesent smell like normal vomit.

There could be several causes for such vomiting. But if the vomiting is occurring from last 2 months your child should be investigated to identify the cause of the vomiting.
You should consult your doctor at the earliest for a complete physical examination. Your doctor may order certain investigations based on the physical examination findings. Further management depends on the diagnosis made. So consult your doctor for a examination to identify the cause.
