What Could Cause Greenish Stools & Gas Formation After Every Vaccination?

doctor my child is 4 months old now .when she got the 1st vaccine of 45 days around 10 days she got severe green colour diarrhoea and got admitted in hosp and given antibiotics as iv.when was again vaccinated on 10th and 14th week she got again green motions much gas formation and poor feed intake .please give me clear explanation for this.

Your concern is valid , it is a coincidence that this is happening to your baby at time of vaccination. It is not related to vaccination . Oral Roatvirus vaccine can have loose motions as uncommon side effect , but not severe enough to require hospitalisation .does she received oral rotavirus vaccine ?
All presently used vaccination are safe to take, do continue your baby' s vaccination
It is a co incidence that she had diarrhoea at time of vaccination
