What Could Cause Hard Feeling In The Stomach, Gassy Feeling Along With Diarrhea?
I m on the depo shot. I was supposed to get it the 30th of January but missed my appt. my partner and I had unprotected sex a lot. I ve been eating a lot, have diarrhea, my stomach feels a little hard, and I m very gassy.... I took 2 pregnancy tests, both were negative.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection. I suggest you to use over the counter option such as Imodium for the diarrhea. I also recommend using daily probiotics.
I suggest to drink liquids and use plain diet which does not trigger the symptoms.
