What Could Cause Heavy Menstrual Bleed?

hi, i was having heavy bleeding after 5 months of delivery.i went to the doctor.she prescribed me orinmolut n tablets for 3 weeks.and said i should have my withdrawal bleeding after.i was taking 3 tablets a day.but i didnt have my periods yet.wat should i do now?

Hello,

You should wait for 5 to 7 days after completion of prescribed medication to get withdrawal bleeding. If you don't get it, I suggest you to undergo one pelvic USG scan to rule out underlying pathology (if any) and next management will be done only after diagnosis of the case. Good luck.
