I have had a high pitch sound in my right ear for almost 2weeks now. It never goes away. I have been on amoxicillin 875mg for 1week now. I have not been exposed to any loud noises. I feel some achiness in the right side of my neck once in a while. What could be causing this?
in my opinion this is called tinnitus. do u suffering from some sort of hearing loss or vertigo simultaneously? I would recommend ginkgo biloba extract, vit B complex specially B12 and B6 supplement, betahistine tablet at least for 3 weeks. if you feeling improvement, you can extend it for up to 6 months. hearing white noises , tinnitus retraining therapy is also useful.
