What Could Cause Increased Fatigue During Poor Bowel Movement?
I have heavy eyes and feel like sleeping even during morning after a full good night s sleep. I feel something inside my stomach whenever I get this heavy eyelids. I feel some unwanted liquid or gas is present causing this. This makes me to become very lazy and I don t even feel like getting up from the chair to take a book from the nearby table. It slows down my activities and makes me feel tired after my dinner at 8 or 9 p.m. When this problem occurs, I do not pass stools normally and despite drinking water and taking fruits, it does not pressurize me in the morning to go to the toilet.I do not have diabetes, am overweight with BMI 28 and my cholesterol levels are under normal. I am a male aged 43 years married and work on computers all the time. I tried to change my diet to rectify this but it does not go. But this is a temporary phenomenon and it goes off on its own. But it returns. When my bowels are cleared, this thing clears off. What is this symptom and how I prevent this?
Hello, 1) your symptoms are due to chronic constipation 2) you need evaluation to find out reason for this chronic constipation 3) your sedentary life-style may be the reason for this, but still you should go to evaluate any intestinal cause which is responsible for this. 4) you should try some laxative/stool softener medication to facilitate defecation, considering that you have no increase size of abdomen girth, abdominal pain, vomiting.
