What Could Cause Increased Heart Rate,dizziness And Shortness Of Breath?

was helping dig out a stump, think i may have overdid it...heart rate really fast, dizzy, shortness of breath, feeling of panic...had to lay down ( more than once ) kind of a " loopy " feeling....that was over 12 hrs. ago, still don't feel totally right....what happened?

From what you have posted , it seems you are very anxious about your health. See, anxiety can physically manifest as shortness of breath , sweating , tremors of hands and feet , stomach ache and increased Heart rate and palpitations.
Do not worry much.
I would suggest you to get an Electrocardiogram (ECG) done to rule out any cardiac rhythm disturbances and let me know.
