What Could Cause Intermittent Unilateral Nerve Paresthesia And Occasional Nerve Pain Along The Dermatome Region?
Wondering about intermittent unilateral nerve paresthesia (and occasional nerve pain) along the L2-L3 dermatome region...... any thoughts? Nothing to note with regard to myotome function when compared bilaterally..... , and when thinking about the onset of this particular condition, I would guess it began ~ 2-3 months ago.

Hi, Please post a complete report as given in the MRI report by a radiologist. You may be suffering from nerve root compression due to lumbar disc prolapse or compression. Use tablet Pregabalin. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
