What Could Cause Irregular, Missed Periods With White Coat Syndrome While Having Panic Disorder And Anxiety?
hello i have not had a period in 7 months now. they are always very irregular. i once went a year and three months without a period. i have been diagnosed with white coat syndrome - i have not been to the dr. in well over two years now because of this. i am 31 years old, and that i know of, i am healthy. i do have panic disorder and health anxiety though. i am afraid they are going to tell me that i have cancer, or something.
Hi, Welcome to health care magic forum. As you describe you are healthy, and you have fobia that doctor may say that you have cancer. The reasons for irregular periods may be the anemia, or infection, or some structural irregularities of the uterus or ovaries. Many of them may be cured by simple medicines, and diet. I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
