So I was with a woman who had a horrible odor. Weeks later I started having some irritation almost like jock itch down there and so I bought some cream. Before applying I trimmed up the area some which is only like the 2nd time I've ever done that, and applied the cream. Now I have this almost prickly feeling down there sometimes and/or tingly and I have to scratch it. Sorta like an itch. I've looked and there are no bumps, no rash, no redness, no burning and doesn't burn when I pee or anything. Any suggestions on what it might be or remedies? Thanks!
