What Could Cause Itch On Vaginal Lips?

I have an itching problem, I don't have sex and there is no bumps, the itching is only on the outside on the lips. Buts its lower like on the bottom outer lips, Iv'e recently noticed its looks flaky almost ashy and its wrinkled. I have no idea what this is please help,

2. V wash to be used regularly
3. Clotrimazole vaginal pessary is to be used.
