What Could Cause Itchy Rashes On Arms,legs,knee And Elbows?

I have rashes on my arms, legs, knee and elbows, which is very itchy at night. My does know what is wrong with me. It's been going on for almost two years. I can't show my legs and arms. I'm 39 yrs of age, my weight is 180Ibs and my height is 4.6 inches. Any medicatiion that can work?
