What Could Cause Left Shoulder Blade Clicking, Pressure In Arm And Chest And Numbness On Head?

I have clicking on my left shoulder blade even when walking as my arm swings. Originally, I felt pressure under my lower breast (thought I was having a heart attack) which sometimes expanded to the right side. On my back left shoulder blade I had what felt like a lump which when press on caused soreness. Went to GP and was told it was muscle spasm. She did an EKG and that was ok. Took muscle relaxer and for the most part the chest pressure went away, the lump is minimal but hearing shoulder blade clicking and today felt pressure on my left bicep and every once in a while feel a slight numbness on top of head. This has been going on for close to a month.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Clicking sound from shoulder on movements can happen even in normal condition so if there is no pain or limitation of movement you need not to worry about the clicking sound. if you are feeling some pain or swelling than get an MRI scan.
