Hello and welcome to HCM,
Increased frequency of urination along with a lump in the groin suggests urinary tract infection.
Urinary tract infection is characterised by increased frequency of urination, burning urination with or without pain in lower abdomen.
The infection can cause enlargement of local lymph nodes.
You need to get routine and microscopic urine examination to look for evidence of infection.
If infection is detected appropriate antibiotics need to be taken.
In case the lymph node enlargement is due to infection, iy will subside with the treatment of infection.
Beofre getting any investigation or treatment you need to consult your doctor for clinical assessment and prescription of relevant investigations.

Thanks nd take care
