What Could Cause Light Pink Discharge?

hi, i have a light pink discharge, vertigo (lasted about 2 hours), uti, slight pains and thrush. I have taken in the last 2 weeks: the morning after pill, Amoxicillin, Trimithoprim, Propanalol and the tablet for thrush. I have been to my GP and a Gum clinic. But im worried im pregnant, i did a test today it was neg im due on the 22nd? I cant stop worrying. Help.
