What Could Cause Little White Bumps To Appear On The Vaginal Lips?

Im not sure how to explain these to you. But around my perenium and vaginal opening I have little white bumps . They look like the white head of a pimple except they do not pop and dont fall off. They look somewhat of like a skin growth but not like the description of genital warts they arent rough or cauliflower shaped. One looks like a super tiny thin egg sticking out of my skin and when I touch them the whitehead part of it kinda moves around. Im soooo scared! I thought maybe skin tags but I seen warts are mistaken for skin tags and that its not common for them to be in this area.I dont know what they could be. They dont hurt itch or anything just a couple small skin growths that appear like a whitehead of a zit that I can move a little bit .
