What Could Cause Low Appetite, Low Grade Fever And Headache Around Eyes?

Hello my name is Manu age 20 i m from India. I have low fever and minor headache from last 3 days specially near eyes. I m also loosing control on my diet which has gone down to only 33% in past three days. Can you tell me whats going wrong with my body? I m even unable to eat anything. I feel like vomit

Hello,

Headache around eyes and fever is suggestive of a sinus infection (frontal or ethmoidal sinusitis). It can also happen with systemic infections like typhoid fever and viral fevers. It is better to consult a physician to check for any source of infection and get treated as required.
