What Could Cause Lower Back Pain And Drastic Weight Loss With Urine Analysis Showing Some Abnormalities?
hiii sir , i have pain my lower back,and losing weight ,i was 58 before 7 months and now my weight is 48.my face IS much reduced,i took my body check up,there is 5-6 puscell,0-3,RBSsin urine,and i hav 10.5gm of blood and showing little infection in TLC/DLC,and other hematology,throid etc reports are normal and about face there are much pimples,one goes and ten comes,these look redish and some of them turn white and then burst,its fullof black heads, it looks yellowish ugly,i tried clindamycin phosphate but no effect, pllzzzzzzzz help so i could get out of this all...........;-(

The urine analysis did show possible infection. I'd suggest to culture the urine and do sensitivity testing to find out the right antibiotic for your infection.
Having low hemoglobin level of 10,5 gm is related to loss of blood you are having at any site of your body or due to infection.
I am glad to come to know other blood and hormonal panel were good. Then, you should first treat urinary tract infection first.
The pimples you got in your face are infected acne. I'd suggest to stop experimenting with your face. Get a good culture of the pimples pus in order to determine the right antibiotic for your pimples.
Until the results are in, I suggest to:
- drink more water
- keep a good hygiene of your face (sulfur soap with warm water)
- dry it well
- apply topical anti-biotic cream as per antibiogram (sensitivity testing)
- take cranberry supplements for urine problems.
