I have lumps that keep coming and going on the back of my neck. they seem to get worse after a visit to the barber.Sort of fixed. ..painless..usually recede after a few weeks..only this time i seem to have quite a few..about 10-12... I am overweight 35 years of age and am 6 ft tall...

These are likely to be sebaceous cysts that are becoming inflamed intermittently.
I suggest you try to keep the area clean and dry. Avoid any treatments at the barbers that may irritate the skin. Sebaceous cysts can be surgically removed if they are causing significant problems.
