What Could Cause Menstrual Irregularity?
Soo.. I hadn t had a period since June 24 th....but august 24th I started spotting but it stopped nothing like a regular period. I took a pregnancy test on september 11th and it was negative..I ve recently started having nosebleeds and the pulsation in my left ear can you guys help me out what s going on

Irregular menses are due to hormonal imbalances, do thyroid profile, USG (pelvis), PCOS also causes irregular which is common now a days, consult ENT specialist for nose bleeds and ear pain.
