Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am 26 quite healthy, have high myopia. My concern is that for six months i have had middle toe numbness in my left foot only. its just on the back of the toe and sometimes feels like its numb but not sure. Just before that i had slightly twisted my ankle but that wasnt a big deal. I have had it for a while and more recently i have started to feel dizzy. i went to docs and they said that it was an inner ear infection as my ears were waxy (due to small ear canals) i had forgotten to mention the numb toe but it had not seemed important. Problem is the dizziness seems too much as i have not been able to go to wr#ork. I am rone to anxiety but i am pretty sure its not anxiety. Just wondering if you think it could be something more that that. I also feel pressure on my face and feeling as if there is tightening around the eyball. Any knowledge of anything would be helpful. Note i do feel that sometimes when im less tense the dizziness does not feel as bad but i still think the numbness is worrying and may be something.
