What Could Cause Missed Periods While Stoping Yasmin Tablets With Relatively Thin Endometrium?
Hi Doctor, I am a 19 yr old girl. My periods started at the age of 13 yrs but have always been delayed for 2 to 3 mths. Since the last 6 mths I did not have any periods. I went to a gynecologist who had all hormonal tests done which according to her are normal. My Ultrasound showed a relatively thin endometrium but no Polycystic ovaries. She prescribed tab yasmin for me which I took for 2 cycles when I got normal periods but on stopping the tablets again I don t have periods since 2 mths now. My height is 5 feet 4 inches and weight is 54 Kg. Please help to get me normal periods

Irregular menstrual cycle with no identifiable underlying cause is usually treated with birth control pills like Yasmin. So please be advised to continue Yasmin as prescribed.
