What Could Cause Mood Swings, Fatigue And Hair Loss In Middle Age?

I am a very healthy 45 year old female, that is over emotional, exhausted, gaining weight, losing my memory and my hair, mad at the world. I know it is early but I feel that I need to do something because it is over the top. I do not have a regular doctor because I do not run to the doctor for just any small detail. I need to get this under control and don't want to waste mine or the doctors time. I don't have money to blow or switch doctors because of different reasons. I had a full check up Sept 2012 by a general family doctor and she told me nothing was wrong with me. I went a month ago to doctor that talked to me for about 10 minutes, took blood from me, put me on a diet and gave me a list of natural stuff that I needed to purchase from his office. Then they billed my insurance over $1000. I have to go back for more lab work on the 3rd day of my menustral cycle and still won't talk about my lab results for over another month. I think his office specializes in Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Hormone Balancing & Breast Health. Whew.... lol. So what do you recommend?
