What Could Cause Multiple Pimple Like Outbreaks On The Face?
My husband showed me what he thought was a pimple outbreak on his face. I said, There are too many for that. He went to the doctor, thinks it could be chicken pox. My husband thinks he had it as a kid. What else could it be? Also, my children and I have never had it and I believe we ve all been vaccinated. Anything we should do? Amy
Understanding your concern. As per your query multiple pimple like outbreaks on the face could be due to allergic reaction, it could be chicken pox, sun exposure , hormonal changes and stress . I would suggest you to wash your face with face wash containing benzoyl peroxide and cold water daily twice a day. Drink plenty of water. If condition doesn't improve in a month then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe retinoids , steroid ointment and antibiotics like minocyclin. You should apply cream containing azelaic acid after washing face , exfoliate your skin twice a week and apply vitamin E oil at night .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
