What Could Cause Nausea With Blood & Lump Filled Vomit?

at work been feeling nausious the later part yesterday and all day today, just vomited and the color was grey had a few lumpy things in it thought i saw a little bit of red in it. havent been sleeping very well or getting nearly enough sleep, and i eat when i remember which is usually at least once a day.

Thanks for your query.
Read the history of feeling nausea all the day yesterday and today, just vomited, color was grey and looked like blood in it, have not been sleeping well and eating whenever remembering say once a day.
All this history is suggestive of gastritis and must be due to hyper-acidity that cause gastritis and thus inflammation and blood in vomitus.
I would advise you the following:
Get started on a PPI like Omeprazole.
Antacid every three hours.
Soft bland diet or plenty of liquids orally.
If there is not much of a relief, better to get the opinion of a Gastroenterologist and get the tests of blood, urine and stool for occult blood.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
Upper GI Endoscopy to get the definite diagnosis and to get a proper treatment.
