Hi,

I can understand your concern for oval spots on torso, arms, between legs. It is difficult to make a exact diagnosis of your condition without pictures but as per description it appears to be mild fungal infection.

If I were your dermatologist then would have prescribed to apply an antifungal cream such as clotirmazole cream and an antihistamine benadryl or loratadine by mouth.

The only precaution you must follow is not to touch, pinch pop or squeeze any of them other wise it can get infected and can cause complications.

For the part of HIV test- a simple Tridot test routinely done in all laboratories is sufficient to rule out HIV.

Take care.
