What Could Cause Pain And Tightness In Chest With Headache And Stuffed Nose?

well i have chest pain or tightness and a really bad headache and i started my period so my abdomen hurts and i hurt in my back legs and shoulders, my mom says i am a little warm, i am tired alot i slept for almost two hours yesturday, my chest hurt so bad yesturday i was in tears, i have the inchy neck and my eyes have been red and ichty at school but not as much at home, my nose is stuffed and i just dont feel good,

Hi I can understand your concern...

Noted you have runny nose, red eye with headache and chest discomfort....

So you have acute viral infection like that of flu like symptoms.

Sympmatic management done...
Drink more water..
Take benadryl like antihistaminic drug to relieve inflammation...

As you have red eye and runny nose I would like to suggest you to use azelestine or fluticasone nasal spray for 3 days....

Steam inhalation with eucalyptus taken...

Humidifier in home good if you are living in cold climate...

Avoid excess spicy food....

Hope your concern solved...

If still your symptoms increasing then we will do further work up with chest ray to rule out bronchitis like condition..
