What Could Cause Pain In Left Abdomen,shoulder And Chest?

I have dull pain that becomes sharp in my left abdomen that seems to radiate to my chest then shoulder. The pain in my shoulder is sometimes sudden and sharp. It all seems to be connected because when the pain suddenly hits my side it also radiates towards my back and shoulder. Sometimes the pain in my shoulder is isolated and not accompanied by pain anywhere else.

What you just described could be due to heart attack like conditions. I would sincerely suggest to get a coronary angiography to rule out the life threatening condition

of course it could also be one of the follows
1. cervical spondylosis
2. gastritis
3. musculoskeletal pain
but as can be made out these are not life threatening
