What Could Cause Pain In The Upper Back On The Right Side?
My 17 year old daugher, good health, normal weight woke up with shooting pain upper right back near shoulder. Moving in wrong way cause sharp pain, that extends to arm. No significant physical stress (i.e. no pull or tear). Some psychological stress preparing for college ACT test (she does not feel stressed about it).
