What Could Cause Pain In The Wrist, In Certain Angles, Following A Shocking Sensation During Blood Withdrawal?

Pain on inside of wrist below thumb. Occurs when arm is fully extended and wrist is bent outward. Also during quick swinging arm movements. I can rotate my wrist in all directions but the pain and tension occurs in my previous two examples. I had blood drawn a few days ago and when it was drawn, I felt an electrical shock sensation through my forearm down to my thumb. When I push on the spot where the needle was taken, I feel the same shock.
