What Could Cause Penile Inflammation?

Everytime after i masturbate, My penis feels inflammed. I feel like I always have to pee. I feel like I have to pee a lot but it's only a little. I am a virgin and I am 18. Seems like I ejaculate faster that I used to. The problems been going on for a year or so now. What do you think is going on?
