Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
First , you should rule out latey allergy first or allergy to some soaps or shower gels or even to underwear. Second, it may be recurrent balanitis and this is treated by antifungal cream such asClotrimazole (Lotrimin, Mycelex) is a very effective over-the-counter medication. Sometime sin mor esevere cases Sometimes a cortisone cream can help to improve the problem more quickly. If there wont be improvement then you need to consult urologist or dermatologist and it would be good to avoid intercourse till symptoms persist. If discharge occur, you should do STD testing as well. Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
