What Could Cause Persistent Pain Towards The Right Abdomen Despite Taking A Course Of Antibiotics?

I have my urinalysis again and i took antibiotics for seven days but still i can feel pain at my right side..so i did my urinalysis again and my result were as follows: 2-3 red blood cells 4-6 pus Many -epithelial cells And fe amorphous urates..so what does it mean?

Hello. Thanks for asking on Healthcaremagic. What was your first urinalysis report? Have the pus cells reduced? This is indicative of mild increase in rbcs and crystals. You could go in for an abdominal ultrasound to rule out any calculus or stone. Pain could be due to some stone. Crystals however could be due to the antibiotics. Hope I helped you with your query.
