What Could Cause Persistent Vaginal Bleeding Despite Taking Progyluton?

Hi doctors I did not have periods for two months from January and after that I got my periods on March 7 and it did not stop for almost more than one and half month. My abdominal scan is normal as well as hormonal blood tests and thyroid is notmal. I am on progyluton from seven days but still have normal period like bleeding please suggest me
