Hi, I m 25 years old. Still I didnt get much body and facial hair. I m having but like Chinese. My Testosterone is 489 ng /dL and TSH is 10.89 All other hormones are in normal range Like t3, t4,fsh,lh. Could you please suggest what might be the reason.Its so embarrassing me.
Few questions, 1. How is your sense of smell? 2. Weere you pne of the tallest in the class? 3. How is your libido? 4. Do you have long legs compared to body? 5> Do you have enlargement of breasts or reduced testes size?
Your testosterobe level is not low. However, your TSH is elevated. Since your T3 and T4 are normal, this is called sub clinical hypothyroidism, however, since the TSH is > 10, you may need a small dose of Thyroxine. However, this may not explain your absence of body hair..
You may repeat your hormonal levels in fasting state between 7-9 am in a good lab which use a good hormonal assay method.
You may meet an endocrinologist who will examine and suggest further
