What Could Cause Pops And Crackles When Nose Is Held And Air Coming Out Of Ear With History Of Getting Slapped On Ear?

i got a slap on my left ear a 4days ago. since then my hearing has been hindered. I went to the emergency room and they said i do not have a broken eardrum. Now when i hold my nose i hear pops and crackles then air comes out through my ear and even my sister can hear it. whats wrong i am worried
