Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Every child is unique and they have their own bowel frequency. As the child is exclusively on breast feeding there is no cause for concern.
If the baby is accepting feeds well, there is no distension of abdomen then there is no cause for concern.

Take Care

Best Regards
