What Could Cause Puckering Of Top Lip,drawing Up Of Right Hand And Shaky Thumb Post Alcohol Consumption?

Sometimes after a night of drinking I will experience puckering of my top lip and my right hand will draw up (normally my ring and pinky finger) along with a shaky thumb. My only guess is dehydration. Any other information would be incredibly appreciated!

Dear sir I am having few questions for you.kindly let me know since how many days are years are you taking alcohol and in what amount.usually there is a condition called alcoholic neuropathy which will have similar kind of symptoms.my advise is to meet a neurologist and start taking tab.neurobion once daily.before that kindly let me know your vit B12 level and Liver function test.
