I can always fell my pulse in my nose beside my left eye. it's the same place all the time and is very annoying but does it mean anything? my older cousin did have 3 blood clots and I have light headedness, dizziness, fainting and twitching and I also have a skin condition known as plc.i also feel like my heart skips a beat and my chest hurts when I lie down. I am also very stressed at the moment. I just thought that extra info might help.
