Hi, sir i am aaqib i am from kashmir.india..from last 1 year..my heart is not feeling good..some time my heart beats soo fast that i feel that i will die...also i have fear of dieng...today when i was sitting in my room watching t.v suddenly i fell something happened in my right foot and then suddenly i became full of fear and then my heart beated too fast...then i go to the doctor he gived me some tabs...pleaz doctor tell me is it heart disease or any other
